Cancellation Policy

For Nutritional & Holistic health Consultations Please contact me by phone 021506060 to notify me of a cancellation or requirement to reschedule a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. For Consultation and Personal training Cancellations & Re scheduling: You will receive a full refund of your prepaid appointment fee, for cancellations / rescheduling up until 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. Where no communication is made and a no show occurs you will not receive a refund of your appointment fee. Cancellation Policy for Events: Cancellation due to Covid lockdowns - Full refund Cancellations communicated up to 30 days prior to the public and private workshops/events: You are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 15 days of the public or private workshops/events: As the event is closed to new participants, hiring, catering etc is already incurred for your participation, refunds will not be processed. Cancellations for retreats and expeditions: You will be refunded in full less deposit up until 30 days prior to retreat starting. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat starting: As the event is closed to new participants, hiring, catering etc is already incurred for your participation, refunds will not be processed. The alternative is to sell your space on.
