Service Description
Please note: As I am Registered Clinical Nutritionist through the Clinical Nutrition Association if you have a health insurance policy with Southern Cross, Accuro or NIB, you may be able to claim for your comprehensive nutrition consultation (depending on your policy). One on one consultations involve a holistic look at your lifestyle choices and body systems and how they are functioning. They are designed to find the root cause of any health issues. Before the initial face to face consultation the client fills out a client registration form and 3 day food and symptom diary. Face to face consultations are tailored to meet your specific health goals and include physical assessments if required. Blood, stool or hormonal tests may be recommended to confirm the root cause of the ailment. From all the information gathered a treatment plan is devised with specific food and lifestyle advice clearly explained on how to implement the treatment plan into daily life. Practitioner only supplements maybe advised to correct nutritional deficiencies but food sources will always be considered first. If you cannot make it to one of my physical clinic locations then I can easily arrange for an online face to face consult via your preference of online communications i.e. Skype , Whats app, Zoom etc. A 30min follow up is scheduled at a time that suits you but ideally 10-14 days later to ensure you heading in the direction of your health goals and giving any additional support you may need.
Cancellation Policy
For Nutritional & Holistic health Consultations Please contact me by phone 021506060 to notify me of a cancellation or requirement to reschedule a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. For Cancellations & Re scheduling, Please take note: You will receive a full refund of your prepaid appointment fee, for cancellations / rescheduling up until 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. Where no communication is made and a no show occurs you will not receive a refund of your appointment fee. Cancellation Policy for Events: Cancellation due to Covid lockdowns - Full refund Cancellations communicated up to 30 days prior to the event: You are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event: As the event is closed to new participants, hiring, catering etc is already incurred for your participation, refunds will not be processed.
